Entrance to SR-163 From Downtown Closed Saturday, 2/28

San Diego - Caltrans will close the northbound State Route 163 (SR-163) on-ramps at 11th Avenue and A Street on Saturday, February 28, from 3 a.m. to 7 a.m. for guardrail repair.

Entrance to the northbound SR-163 from downtown will be detoured. Northbound SR-163 motorists coming from downtown will be detoured eastbound on 11th Avenue, turn left onto Park Boulevard, and left to the northbound SR-163 on-ramp.

Motorists are reminded to be Work Zone Alert if traveling in the area and to watch for highway workers and moving construction equipment.

The work schedule is subject to change due to weather conditions, traffic incidents, or other work-related reasons.
