New Fund XI Investment in Wellington-Altus

Kelso is pleased to announce that we have signed a definitive agreement to invest in Wellington-Altus ("Wellington" or the "Company"). Wellington is a Canadian wealth management firm that provides wealth advisory services to individuals. The Company manages CAD$40bn of assets for 30,000 clients and employs 168 financial advisors. Founded in 2017, Wellington is headquartered in Winnipeg, Canada and is led by CEO and co-founder Shaun Hauser. The transaction is expected to close in early 2026.
