About Culture Of Value
Culture of Value is a micro-grant program created by the Office of Arts and Culture, Dallas Public Library, and Dallas Parks and Recreation Department.
Selected artists and organizations will execute self-defined, one-time projects that provide a service to the residents of Dallas and further the "Culture of Value:" the idea that the arts are essential to a thriving, equitable society within the city of Dallas (Dallas Cultural Plan, Strategy 14: Support for Artists.)
Each funded project will receive up to $3,000.
