COURTROOM SKILLS WORKSHOP

Tuesday, March 18, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York will conduct a Courtroom Skills Workshop on March 18, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the United States Bankruptcy Court Conrad B. Duberstein U.S. Courthouse located at 271-C Cadman Plaza East, Suite 1595, Brooklyn, New York 11201 and the United States Bankruptcy Court, Alfonse M. D'Amato U.S. Courthouse located at 290 Federal Plaza, Central Islip, New York 11722, as well as via the Webex platform. This is a Hybrid Event, available either in person or via Webex.

The workshop will provide junior lawyers, including first year associates who have taken the Bar exam, as well as more senior lawyers who have had limited or no courtroom experience, the opportunity to practice their courtroom skills by arguing actual motions that were filed in cases pending before the Court.
