Cigna Healthcare Names Leslie Robey General Manager for the Carolinas

BLOOMFIELD, Conn - June 29, 2026 - Cigna Healthcare, the health benefits division of The Cigna Group (NYSE: CI), has named Leslie Robey as general manager for the Carolinas market, effective June 29.

In this role, Robey will drive growth for small- to mid-size employers in the Carolinas, focusing on delivering value and ensuring local strategy, products, and network offerings meet evolving client and customer needs. She will also partner with network leaders, medical executives, and others to strengthen Cigna Healthcare's presence in the communities it serves.

Robey brings more than 30 years of industry experience. Most recently, she served as Market Head of Sales & Service at Aetna, where she led strategy and execution across Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia and focused on driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and improving customer satisfaction.

Over the course of her career, she has held a range of leadership roles spanning sales, account management, and operations, and has been recognized as a President Circle honoree five times.

Robey will be based at Cigna Healthcare's Charlotte office.
