Willkie is pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with Intelligent Legal Solutions to integrate ProVision, its AI-powered platform, into the firm's side letter management and most-favored-nations (MFN) processes for private investment funds. ProVision will enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and auditability of these workflows, reinforcing Willkie's longstanding strategy of deploying technology that advances business objectives and delivers direct, measurable benefits to clients.

Willkie's Asset Management Department and Private Funds practice in particular will lead the rollout and day-to-day use of ProVision across fund formation matters and will participate on the Intelligent Legal Solutions Advisory Board, providing legal and market insights to help shape the platform's development and best practices. This collaboration reflects Willkie's commitment to delivering top-tier counsel while innovating how complex fund formation, investor negotiations, and compliance are managed.

Willkie's Asset Management Department leverages subject matter experience and capabilities across all asset classes to advise virtually all types of participants in the industry, including privately owned sponsors and investment managers, publicly-traded asset management firms, broker-dealers, insurance companies, wealth management platforms, and banks, among others. With approximately 125 dedicated attorneys across eight offices in the United States and Europe, we advise on the full spectrum of investment management matters, including fund formations, investments, restructurings, fund financings, asset management M&A, secondaries transactions, liquidity and capital solutions, fund "adoptions," and operational, compliance and regulatory issues.
