Matt Scott and Kyle Rosenthal Join CNAS Board of Advisors

Washington, April 29, 2026 - Today, the Center for a New American Security (CNAS) is delighted to announce that Matt Scott and Kyle Rosenthal have joined the Center's Board of Advisors.

Kyle Rosenthal is the founder and chair of TachTech, a cybersecurity services firm enabling secure digital transformation for Global 2000 and fast-growth organizations, with a focus on the safe and trustworthy adoption of artificial intelligence.

Rosenthal is also the chief executive officer of the investment firm Thrill LLC and an active community and nonprofit leader. He serves on the boards of multiple organizations focused on education, leadership development, and collective resilience, and is a co-organizer of the [un]prompted AI Security Practitioner Conference, a practitioner-led forum advancing real-world AI security.

Matt Scott is a repeat start-up founder, national security executive, and expert on transforming organizations and operations to take advantage of emerging technologies.

He is currently a partner at Woven Solutions, which acquired his business Apira Technologies to buttress its AI capabilities serving national security and law enforcement. Scott is an Army veteran and serves on nonprofit and small business boards working to support the U.S. intelligence community.
