LeRoyer Hospice in Antigo Earns 2025 SHPBest™ “Superior Performer” National Award for Outstanding Caregiver Experience

ANTIGO, Wis. - LeRoyer Hospice has been recognized by Strategic Healthcare Programs (SHP) as a 2025 SHPBest™ "Superior Performer" for achieving an outstanding caregiver satisfaction score. This national honor places LeRoyer Hospice, located at 112 East 5th Avenue in Antigo, in the top 20% of all eligible hospice providers in the SHP database for the 2025 calendar year.

The annual SHPBest™ award program identifies and congratulates hospice providers that consistently prioritize high-quality service and experience. Rankings are determined by analyzing and scoring performance on the CAHPS Hospice Survey (Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems), measured entirely from the family caregiver's perspective. To qualify, providers must rank in the top 20% globally and score better than or equal to the SHP national average for each publicly reported survey domain during the measurement period.

LeRoyer Hospice continues to distinguish itself nationally, having been recognized by SHP in 2021 and earning the distinction of being the only Wisconsin facility on the 2025 list.

With one of the largest CAHPS Hospice benchmarks in the nation, SHP reviewed the satisfaction scores of 1,900 hospice providers to determine the 2025 award recipients.
