NOTICE OF ADOPTED AND FILED REGULATIONS OF
DIVISION OF INSURANCE
On June 13, 2025, Division of Insurance adopted regulations in Title 3 of the Alaska Administrative Code. The regulations concern Pharmacy Benefits Manager.
The regulations were reviewed and approved by the Department of Law, signed and filed by the Office of the Lieutenant Governor on June 13, 2025, and are effective on July 13, 2025. Attached is a copy of the filed regulations.
The regulation changes will first appear in Register 255, October 2025, of the Alaska Administrative Code.
