LevelTen Energy has launched its first national Request for Proposals (RFP) for powered land, in response to demand from multiple hyperscalers and large data center companies. The RFP supports LevelTen's marketplace expansion into powered land and the appointment of John Barrow as the initiative's director.
Developers and buyers alike have consistently communicated the same need to LevelTen: more order and clarity in the crowded data center space. LevelTen's powered land offering brings the same rapid, organized, and transparent process LevelTen's buyers already rely on for energy and capacity, giving buyers an efficient way to find and compare sites that can be powered quickly, and providing developers with a consistent path to those buyers.
"Land and power can't be developed in isolation anymore," said John Barrow, Director of Powered Land at LevelTen. "Buyers asked us to bring a structured strategy to powered land transactions, and this RFP will deliver it. Developers get something just as valuable: an accelerated ability to match with buyers who appreciate the premium nature of their assets, plus a rare opportunity to see how their sites compare to the rest of the powered land market."
Project developers who participate will have the opportunity to:
Projects at all stages of development are eligible, but we will prioritize projects with meaningful scale, site control, and advanced power strategy.
This RFP brings multiple hyperscalers and data center companies together in one structured process, giving qualified sites direct access to buyers who are actively seeking speed to power. For powered land developers and the brokers who represent them, it's a chance to reach those buyers with a single submission and to receive feedback on how your sites compare to the rest of the market.
The full RFP details, including submission requirements and the market intelligence you'll receive, are available exclusively on the LevelTen Energy Platform.
