CHARLESTON, W.Va. - Governor Patrick Morrisey and First Lady Denise Morrisey have opened the Governor's Mansion to the public for free Easter tours.

Just in time for spring, tours of the Governor's Mansion give visitors an inside look at one of the Mountain State's most iconic landmarks, decorated in full Easter splendor. Guests are also invited to attend the Annual Rhododendron Roll, a family-friendly Easter celebration set to be held on Saturday, March 28, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the State Capitol Complex.

"Denise and I are looking forward to opening the Governor's Mansion for Easter tours," said Governor Patrick Morrisey. "From family fun at the Annual Rhododendron Roll to giving guests an inside look at our beautifully decorated home, we are thrilled to celebrate the resurrection season with families across West Virginia!"

Tours of the Governor's Mansion are offered for a limited time only, March 24 through 26 and March 31 through April 2. To schedule your free guided tour today, click here. Reservations are required.

Rhododendron Roll activities will take place on the back side of the Capitol Building, between the East and West Wings. Festivities will include easter egg hunts, Easter Bunny photo ops, bounce houses, food trucks, yard games, and more.
