Change in the number of shares and votes in Bong AB

On 22 June 2026, the Board of Directors of Bong AB (the "Company") resolved on a new issue of shares with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the "Rights Issue"). Furthermore, in connection with the announcement of the outcome of the Rights Issue on 22 July 2026, the Company resolved to issue additional shares in the form of a directed issue. This was carried out in order to pay remuneration to the guarantor for its guarantee undertaking in the Rights Issue. As a result of the Rights Issue and the directed issue of remuneration shares, the number of shares and votes in the Company has changed.

Accordingly, as of 31 July 2026, the number of shares in Bong AB amounts to a total of 430,120,513 and the number of votes amounts to a total of 430,120,513.
