OPEN FOR COMMENT: Proposed Parking & Parking Facilities Local Law 2027
The Shire gives notice that it intends to repeal and replace the current Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2000 with a proposed Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2027 .
The purpose of the proposal is to repeal the Shire of Donnybrook Balingup Parking and Parking Facilities Local Law 2000 and replace it with an updated Local Law to regulate the parking of vehicles within the Shire, and the management and operation of parking facilities occupied by the Council.
The effect of the proposed local law is to ensure a person parking a vehicle within the Shire complies with the provisions of the updated Local Law.

Responses are due by 4pm on 15 January 2027. Copies of the proposed Local Law may be inspected at, or obtained from, the Shire Administration Office during normal office hours, and website - refer to items listed as Open for Comment on the Consultations page below for further details.
