Secretary-General of ASEAN to participate in the 20th ASEAN Defence Ministers’ Meeting (ADMM), 13th ADMM-Plus and Related Meetings in Cebu, the Philippines
At the invitation of The Honourable Atty. Gilberto C. Teodoro, Jr., Secretary of National Defense of the Republic of the Philippines and Chair of the ASEAN Defence sector for 2026, Secretary-General of ASEAN, Dr. Kao Kim Hourn, will lead the ASEAN Secretariat's delegation to participate in the 20th ASEAN Defence Ministers' Meeting (ADMM) and the 13th ADMM-Plus and Related Meetings, to be held in Cebu, the Philippines, on 28-29 October 2026. On this occasion, Dr. Kao will also engage in bilateral meetings with the Defence Ministers of ASEAN Member States and Dialogue Partners attending the series of meetings.
