(NYSE: FIS) in connection with its offerings of (i) $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.450% Senior Notes due 2028, $2,300,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.550% Senior Notes due 2029, $2,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.800% Senior Notes due 2031, and $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2029 and (ii) €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Floating Rate Senior Notes due 2028 and €500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.450% Senior Notes due 2030.
