NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING Windmill Run Marina

The Grand River Dam Authority (GRDA) is in receipt of an application to modify the breakwater for Windmill Run Marina located in Delaware County. The applicant plans to add 48' to the existing 120' breakwater.
A public meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, February 10, 2026 at 9:00 AM at GRDA's Ecosystems & Education Center, located at 420 E Hwy 28, Langley OK 74350.
