Dentons expands Maine team by welcoming Brian Rayback, experienced environmental and land use lawyer

Dentons announces today that Brian Rayback has joined the Firm as partner in the Portland, Maine, office. Brian is an environmental and land use lawyer who advises clients on water, air, natural resources, solid waste and recycling and zoning matters.

Brian provides strategic counsel on permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement actions, appeals of agency actions and legislative issues. His clients include energy generators, construction companies, property developers and owners, trade associations and industrial and manufacturing facilities. Brian represents clients before federal, state, and local boards and agencies, helping them navigate the complex and evolving environmental and land use regulations at all levels to keep their projects moving forward.
