Portion of Airport Boulevard west of Pinehill Drive to briefly close Oct. 23
Mobile, Ala. - A small portion of Airport Boulevard, just `west of Pinehill Drive, will close briefly on Thursday, Oct. 23 to allow Alabama Power to run a line across the roadway.
The first closure is expected to take place between 9:30 a.m. and 9:35 a.m. The street will close a second time between 9:45 a.m. and 9:50 a.m. Motorists in the area are encouraged to follow the detour route (pictured below and attached to this email) from 9:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. to avoid delays.
The detour route will take motorists from Bel Air Boulevard to Cottage Hill Road to Pleasant Valley Road to Government Blvd.to Pinehill Drive.
