FPSC to Hold In-Person and Virtual Customer Service Hearings for CSWR
The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) will hold two in-person hearings and one virtual hearing to receive testimony from customers of CSWR-Florida Utility Operating Company, LLC (CSWR) regarding the utility's request to adjust water and wastewater rates in Brevard, Citrus, Duval, Highlands, Marion, and Volusia counties. CSWR provides water and wastewater service to 144,303 water customers and 87,571 wastewater customers across 11 systems in those counties.
CSWR filed its application for a rate increase with the FPSC on May 30, 2025. The hearings will provide customers with an opportunity to provide testimony on the proposed rate adjustment and its quality of service. Customer testimony is an important part of the Commission's review process and will be carefully considered before any final decision is made.

Online registration for the in-person March 5th hearings will open on February 19, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., and close at noon on March 3, 2026. Online registration for the in-person March 25th hearing will open on March 11, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. and close at noon on March 23, 2026. Online registration for the March 31 virtual hearing will open on March 17, 2026 at 9:00 a.m., and close at noon on March 30, 2026.
Customers who do not wish to speak may watch the meetings live on the FPSC website by selecting "Watch Live and Archived PSC Events."
