Reminder: Eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) closed between Alma School and Cooper roads June 19-22

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers of the following closures scheduled for work on the Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) widening project:

• Eastbound Loop 202 will be CLOSED between Alma School and Cooper roads from 10 p.m. Friday, June 19, to 5 a.m. Monday, June 22.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may use Chandler Boulevard and Pecos and Germann roads to reconnect with eastbound Loop 202 at Cooper or Gilbert roads.

• Lindsay Road will continue to be CLOSED in both directions from 10 p.m. Friday, June 19, to 5 p.m. Saturday, June 20.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may use Pecos or Germann roads to navigate around the closure.

• The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at Val Vista Drive will be CLOSED from 9 p.m. Saturday, June 20, to 12 p.m. Sunday, June 21.

UPCOMING CLOSURES

• Eastbound Loop 202 will be CLOSED between Alma School and Cooper roads from 10 p.m. Friday, June 26, to 5 a.m. Monday, June 29.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may use Chandler Boulevard and Pecos and Germann roads to reconnect with eastbound Loop 202 at Cooper or Gilbert roads.

• The eastbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Lindsay Road will be CLOSED from 10 p.m. Friday, June 26, to 10 a.m. Saturday, June 27.
  • DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Gilbert Road or Val Vista Drive.
