Buckman MX Track Opens April 25 for Summer Season
The City of Santa Fe will kick off the 2026 summer season at the Buckman MX Track on April 25 at 10 a.m. with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a full day of motocross.
This event marks the completion of recent track improvements made in partnership with iRide New Mexico and the New Mexico Department of Transportation. Upgrades include enhanced riding surfaces and a new cistern to support track maintenance and dust control. These improvements are part of a $140,000 investment to create a safer and more enjoyable experience for riders and spectators.
Riders of all skill levels and fans are invited to attend and enjoy a day centered on speed, skill, and community. The event also launches a summer season filled with motocross activity at the Buckman MX Track.
