Beginning immediately, South Fourth Avenue is closed between 32nd Street and 33rd Street.
The City of Sioux Falls Water Maintenance Division will be replacing a fire hydrant.
The street is anticipated to be reopened prior to the end of the day.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce speeds while travelling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
