Northfield, Ill., April 23, 2026 - Medline (Nasdaq: MDLN) today announced that it signed a new Prime Vendor agreement with Union Community Care, a non-profit community healthcare system based in Pennsylvania that provides high-quality care to patients through its network across Lancaster, Lebanon and Chester counties.
Through this agreement, Union Community Care will have access to Medline's comprehensive portfolio of medical-surgical products, including but not limited to lab supplies, exam gloves, needles/syringes and capital equipment. This partnership leverages Medline's powerful distribution capabilities to help streamline ordering and the timely, reliable delivery of medical supplies. Union Community Care also will benefit from Medline's ability to support multi-location practices through assistance with accurate contract connections and transparent, consistent pricing across locations.
"Medline stood out for their Medline brand portfolio that creates additional cost-saving opportunities and proven reputation," said Ray Lanas, senior director, health facilities and supply chain management at Union Community Care. "Our leadership team was already familiar with Medline's reliability, and having a dedicated local representative who took the time to understand our needs and build trust made this partnership a natural fit."
Josh Carter, senior vice president of physician office sales at Medline, added: "Community health organizations depend on reliable partners who understand both their operational challenges and their mission to care for underserved populations. We're proud to partner with Union Community Care to help drive cost savings, ensure supply reliability and support their team with strong local expertise."
