The Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs is holding its annual conference in Hershey this week to highlight issues and challenges facing the state's boroughs. Rep. Martin Causer (R-Cameron/McKean/Potter) joined several local officials at the legislative breakfast Monday morning.
