Elisa Hamblin selected as new Planning and Development Deputy Director

Elisa Hamblin has been selected as the new Deputy Director of Planning and Development Services, effective Monday, October 6.

Elisa has been an integral member of PDSD since 2018, serving in various leadership roles, including Principal Planner, Site Review Section Manager, and, most recently, Zoning Administrator. In these roles, she has overseen critical aspects of zoning and development review, guided updates to our zoning code, and supported key departmental priorities as a member of PDSD's management team.

With over 20 years of experience in local government planning and development, Elisa brings a deep expertise in current and long-range planning, community engagement, and organizational leadership. Her collaborative approach, problem-solving skills, and dedication to public service have strengthened our department and will continue to guide us as we move forward.
