Torrey Pines Storm Drain Repair Begins May 26
From Bannock Way to Burgundy Way

Expect Work And Lane Restrictions May 26-July 3

Beginning Tuesday, May 26, and continuing through Friday July 3, 2026, Torrey Pines Drive will be impacted between Bannock Way and Burgandy Way by storm drain repairs. These repairs include trenching, the removal and replacement of storm drainpipes, backfill, and repaving of the six-block area between Charleston Boulevard and Alta Drive. (See map.) Work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday, subject to weather conditions and equipment availability.

Traffic generally will be restricted to one through lane for both northbound and southbound traffic 24 hours a day through July 3. Rainbow Boulevard and Jones Boulevard are recommended as alternate routes for north- and southbound traffic.

The work will be a joint effort performed by the city of Las Vegas and contractor Las Vegas Paving. The estimated cost of the work is $90,000, funded by the city's Sanitation Enterprise Fund. For questions or concerns during the work, call 702.229.6227.
