The Manitoba Integrated High Risk Sex Offender Unit (MIHRSOU) is a joint forces unit of the Winnipeg Police Service and the RCMP. MIHRSOU today provides information regarding Lorne BRADBURN, 22 years of age, a convicted offender considered high risk to re-offend in a sexual and/or violent manner.

BRADBURN was released from Stony Mountain Institution, Manitoba, on May 27, 2026. He has been in federal custody for violent offence convictions for 1472 days.

BRADBURN is expected to reside in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

BRADBURN has a history of violent offending and remains a high risk to re-offend.

Lorne BRADBURN is a 22-year-old male with a lengthy criminal record for violent offences including convictions for assault, assault peace officer with weapon, and uttering threats.

BRADBURN was released from Stony Mountain Institution, Manitoba, on May 27, 2026.

He has been in federal custody for violent offence convictions for 1472 days.

Upon release, BRADBURN will be subject to a release order including the following conditions:

  • Reside at approved address
  • Abstain from the consumption or possession of alcohol, other intoxicants and illegal drugs without a valid prescription
  • Must not attend any place where one of the primary purposes of the establishment is the sale of alcohol, including, but not limited to bars, taverns, night clubs, strip clubs, bee, and liquor stores
  • Abide by curfew from 10 pm to 7 am
  • No contact with any person under the age of 16, except for incidental contact or unless you are under the direct supervision of a Probation Officer or their designate
  • Not to attend a public park or a public swimming area or community centre where persons under the age of 16 years are present or can reasonably be expected to be present, and not to attend a daycare centre, school, schoolground, or playground unless you are under the direct supervision of a Probation Officer or their designate

BRADBURN is also subject to a lifetime weapons prohibition.

BRADBURN is considered high risk to re-offend in a sexual/violent manner.

BRADBURN is expected to take up residence in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
