Gresham man arrested on encouraging child sexual abuse

On July 23, 2026 Wise Jr. James Charles 39-year-old Gresham man was arrested on multiple felony charges following a encouraging child sexual abuse investigation conducted by the Gresham Police Department.

Wise Jr. was booked into Multnomah County Jail on 24 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse I and 24 counts of encouraging child sexual abuse II.
