Buckeye Community Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Nicole Rourke to Bank Security & Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) Officer. Rourke's path to this role reflects the kind of internal growth that makes Buckeye's team special. Her Buckeye career began running the bank's new main branch, which opened in 2024, and she grew to understand how clients bank, what keeps them up at night, and the importance of frontline teams in preventing fraud. Rourke then joined Buckeye's Operations team, where she sharpened her regulatory and procedural expertise. Her combination of skills and experience makes her an ideal professional to lead the critical function.
