2025-2026 Annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project

The City of Buena Park is getting ready for the 2025-2026 Annual Pavement Rehabilitation Project! This important maintenance project includes roadway crack repairs, slurry sealing of pavement, and removal and replacement of selected sections of pavement.

Construction will begin on May 18 and is anticipated to be completed by June 2026. Normal working hours will be Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

During construction, driveway access may be temporarily limited, especially during active paving and driveway repair activities. Crews will make every effort to minimize impacts and maintain access whenever possible.

Important Reminders for Residents:

  • "No Parking" signs will be posted at least 72 hours in advance of work starting on your street.
  • Please observe all posted signage to avoid delays and potential towing.
  • Although traffic may be restricted at times, residential access, emergency services, trash collection, and mail delivery will continue without interruption.

To help ensure the work is completed safely and efficiently, we kindly ask that residents:

  1. Follow all posted parking restrictions.

  2. Avoid allowing water to run onto the street.

  3. Use caution near construction zones; detours may be in place.

  4. Keep children away from work areas for their safety.
