SECURA Insurance named a Great Place to Work

Neenah, Wis. (Nov. 18, 2025) - SECURA Insurancehas once again been recognized as a Great Place to Work-certified company - marking its 10th consecutive year receiving this honor.

The certification is based entirely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey, reflecting the genuine experiences of SECURA associates. This year, 90% of employees said SECURA is a great place to work - 33 points higher than the average U.S. company.

"This recognition reflects the incredible culture our associates help build every day," said Sarah Krause, SECURA Vice President-Human Resources. "We believe that when people feel valued and supported, they thrive - and so does our company. These survey results show we are hitting the mark."

According to Great Place to Work research, employees of certified workplaces are 93% more likely to look forward to coming to work, and are twice as likely to be paid fairly, earn a fair share of the company's profits, and have a fair chance at a promotion.

SECURA's survey results highlighted key strengths across leadership, fairness, rewards, and career opportunities. Notably:

  • 96% of employees say the company's facilities contribute to a good working environment
  • 96% of employees say they are able to take time off from work when they think it is necessary
  • 95% say they are made to feel welcome when joining the company
