03/06/2026 - Lane Closures at 4th Ave E and Lybarger St SE

Lane Closures at 4th Ave E and Lybarger Street
On Monday, March 9, starting at 8:00 am and ending at approximately 10:00 pm, Drinking Water crews will close down the eastbound lane of 4th Avenue East, just before Lybarger Street. A section of Lybarger Street, near 4th Avenue East, will have both lanes closed to through traffic. Please use caution in the work zone and follow all traffic control signs.

Water will be shut off from 6:00 pm-9:00 pm to several customers in this area. Affected customers were notified of the shut off.
