At 12:24 PM, Trooperd arrested Benjamin Couto, age 39, of 42B Epworth Avenue, West Warwick, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Domestic Disorderly Conduct originating out of the Woonsocket Police Department. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to the Rhode Island Traffic Tribunal where the Capitol Police had they party in custody. The subject was transported to the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and turned over to the Woonsocket Police Department.
At 1:45 PM, Troopers arrested Keith Hogan, age 51, of 575 N Main Street Apt. #201, Fall River, Massachusetts for Domestic Violence- Simple Assault and Domestic Violence- Disorderly Conduct. The arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by Troopers and the Bristol Police Department locating Hogan. The subject was transported to the State Police- Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace and released with a future Sixth Division District Court date.
At 12:49 AM, Troopers arrested Terrell Cardoza, age 19, of 767 Independence Drive, Apt. B107, Hyannis, Massachusetts for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating from the East Providence Police Department on the charge of Tampering with Motor Vehicle and Conspiracy. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Silver Spring Street. The subject was processed at the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the East Providence Police Department.
At 6:00 AM, Troopers arrested, James Righie, age 62, of 1 Carson Street, Apt. 2, Pawtucket, Rhode Island for 1.) Affidavit and Arrest Warrant originating from the East Providence Police Department on the charge of Trespassing. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a one car motor vehicle accident on Route 95. The subject was processed at the Rhode Island State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks and later transported to the East Providence Police Department
