Traffic Alert: Heavy Traffic Anticipated Near Cary Tennis Park During Pickleball National Championships

Cary, NC - Drivers traveling near or to the Cary Tennis Park (2727 Louis Stephens Drive) from August 31 to September 6 should expect increased traffic and changes to parking access for the Veolia Pickleball National Championships. There will be no on-site parking available for the general public. All general spectator parking will be located at Phillips Farm (6800 Good Hope Church Road), with a complimentary shuttle service running continuously, every 15-20 minutes, between the lot and Cary Tennis Park throughout the tournament.

The Cary Tennis Park main lot and the nearby Green Hope Elementary School lot (2700 Louis Stephens Drive) are reserved for pre-approved vehicles. Limited ADA parking will be available on-site, and premium parking is sold out. Once on-site ADA parking reaches capacity, guests may use the off-site lot and an ADA-accessible shuttle. Rideshare services, including Uber and Lyft, will use the designated drop-off and pick-up area at the venue's main entrance.

Drivers should allow extra travel time, follow posted signs, and use caution when traveling near Cary Tennis Park and along Louis Stephens Drive. Spectators are encouraged to plan ahead and use the designated parking and shuttle services to access the event.
