FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Alexandra Walker 718-938-2820
Bethesda, MD-The National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC) is proud to announce the 2025 Workforce Conference, taking place October 21-22 at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV.
The Workforce Conference is the premier national gathering for Community Health Center (CHC) leaders who are advancing innovations in operations, finance, health information technology, and clinical services delivery. Top experts and leaders will share proven strategies, tools, and data-driven approaches to address workforce challenges and strengthen financial sustainability. These insights aim to help CHCs efficiently meet the needs of communities and respond to the growing demand for affordable primary care services.
The conference comes at a critical moment: CHCs face urgent challenges - including Medicaid changes, funding uncertainty, and severe staffing shortages that threaten their ability to serve as America's backbone of primary care.
As the nation's largest primary care system, CHCs serve at least 34 million patients and up to 52 million at over 17,000 locations across rural, urban, suburban, mountain, frontier, and island communities with a workforce of approximately 330,000 professionals.
