Community leaders, Loma Linda University Children's Hospital (LLUCH) administrators, and staff gathered on Tuesday, June 30, for the unveiling of the new Children's Health Moreno Valley Pediatric and Adult Medicine Clinic.
A ceremonial ribbon-cutting marked the occasion, celebrating a major milestone for Children's Hospital. Moreno Valley Mayor Ulises Cabrera and Riverside County Supervisor Yxstian Gutierrez of District 5 joined LLUCH senior vice president and administrator Peter Baker, along with hospital administrators and staff, at the ceremony.
"This clinic marks a new era for the Moreno Valley community," said Baker. "We are incredibly grateful to the many individuals whose dedication and hard work made this possible - and who continue to ensure our patients receive the highest quality care close to home."
The new clinic brings together two existing locations to provide expanded pediatric and adult services with the same trusted providers. With 22 exam rooms - including 16 for med/peds and six for pediatrics - the clinic will offer a range of services, including wellness checks, immunizations, sick visits, and adult internal medicine.
The event concluded with a tour of the new space, allowing attendees to explore the facility and learn more about the services offered.
Slated to open later this year, the clinic is located at 22270 Eucalyptus Avenue in Moreno Valley.
