Forbes Names Amgen One of America’s Best Large Employers

Thanks to the dedication of the company's more than 28,000 employees, Amgen is fighting some of the world's toughest diseases-and reaching millions of people with its medicines.

Forbes' annual ranking, compiled in partnership with market research firm Statista, is based on survey responses from more than 217,000 U.S. employees across companies with more than 1,000 team members.
