President of the Senate of the Parliament of Australia Susan Lines to pay official visit to Mongolia

At the invitation of Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve, Chairman of the State Great Hural of Mongolia, Australian parliamentary delegation led by the President of the Senate of the Parliament of Australia, Susan Lines, will pay an official visit to Mongolia from October 16 to 19, 2024.

During the visit, Chairman of the State Great Hural of Mongolia Amarbayasgalan Dashzegve and President of the Senate of the Parliament of Australia Susan Lines will hold official talks, where the two sides will exchange views on expanding cooperation between the legislative bodies of the two countries.

In addition, President of the Senate of the Parliament of Australia, Susan Lines is to pay a courtesy call on President of Mongolia Khurelsukh Ukhnaa.

This visit marks the first ever visit by the the President of the Senate the Parliament of Australia to Mongolia, and will play an important role in deepening of the political dialogue and mutual trust between Mongolia and Australia.
