Schöneck, Germany - From September 16 to 18, 2025, at NRF 2025: Retail's Big Show Europe in Paris, GK Software will present innovative and practical solutions that enable retailers to offer their customers seamless, exciting, and satisfying shopping experiences across all sales channels.
The company will primarily showcase solutions for seamless omnichannel services, fraud-proof self-checkouts, hyper-personalized customer loyalty, real-time promotions, and AI-based price optimization. The company will also present enhancements to its leading commerce platform, GK CLOUD4RETAIL.
GK Vision offers retail companies a cost-effective, quickly implementable solution for optimizing self-checkout processes. Through the acquisition of the Berlin-based deep tech company Nomitri, GK Software expanded its solution portfolio to include this important fraud detection component. AI-supported image recognition of up to 30 images per second enables the identification and prevention of fraud and operating errors, as well as supporting additional functions such as age verification and automatic identification of fresh produce. The solution can be implemented quickly regardless of the POS software or hardware used.
Another highlight at NRF Europe will be the presentation of GK Engage. This AI-powered loyalty solution analyzes customer preferences and inventory data in real time to generate personalized offers. Retail companies can use GK Engage to strengthen their customer relationships and foster long-term loyalty. Designed as an open white label platform, GK Engage can be easily integrated into existing customer apps. A leading international retailer is already using it successfully.
In Paris, the spotlight will be on intelligent price optimization based on AI-driven market and demand analysis with the GK AIR Price Optimizer solution. This all-in-one tool ensures automated, transparent, and profitable pricing for every sales channel. Intelligent algorithms help optimize sales prices at any time in line with your strategy. Complex interactions between consumer demand, market conditions, and competition are automatically considered.
After successfully rolling out GK Drive to several customers in the US, GK is presenting the European version of the solution at NRF Europe. This version was developed specifically for the gas station and convenience store business. GK Drive complies with European standards and has received all relevant approvals. Jet is the first European gas station operator to choose the solution. GK Drive is based on the CLOUD4RETAIL platform and offers comprehensive functions for managing gas station and retail processes.
In May of this year, GK and Fujitsu announced the completion of Fujitsu's full acquisition of GK Software. GK and Fujitsu will appear together at the Paris trade fair.
At its booth, Fujitsu is presenting solutions from two Fujitsu Uvance offerings for sustainable and risk-optimized store planning. The solutions from the Advanced Operation and Management offering help retail companies increase their profits by minimizing errors, fraud, and theft, as well as design store processes that prevent theft and reduce the associated financial risks. The solution from the Smart Space offering enables retailers to improve sales and profits by optimizing merchandising and customer service. It helps identify and minimize abuse, theft, and risks by store employees, thereby improving employee safety and compliance on the shop floor.
Together, GK and Fujitsu demonstrate their dedication to fostering greater customer loyalty, achieving profitable growth, and ensuring long-term success in the retail sector.
