LOCUST GROVE, Ga., Sept. 29, 2025 - Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of a net-leased childcare facility, occupied by Childcare Network, in Locust Grove, Georgia.
"We identified the buyer within the first two weeks of marketing and closed the deal just 42 days after contract signing," said Dominic Sulo, senior managing director investments. "Early education assets like this continue to attract strong investor interest thanks to long-term leases and more favorable terms than many traditional credit deals in today's market."
Sulo, investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap's Chicago Oak Brook office, in association with John Leonard, Marcus & Millichap's Georgia broker of record, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the Florida-based seller. Hank Wolfer from the firm's Seattle office procured the Missouri-based repeat buyer.
The 13,579 square foot property is situated on 3.25 acres at 655 Strickland Road. Childcare Network has operated at the site for over 12 years and recently signed a new 10-year lease extension. It is corporately guaranteed by Child Development Schools Inc., one of the nation's top five childcare operators with more than 272 locations across 11 states.
