    WARRANT ARREST REPORT

    ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY
    Police responded to a possible breaking and entering in progress of a business on Alewife Brook Parkway. During the response officers encounter a male, identified as Keith Phinney, 39, of Pepperell, who was found to have an active warrant out of the Cambridge District Court. Phinney was placed under arrest without incident.

    A local pharmacy reported a larceny of items. The reporting party claimed $50 worth of beef jerky was taken by an unknown individual.

    MASSACHUSETTS AVE
    A Boston resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for operating an unregistered motorcycle and operating without a valid driver's license. Officers conducted a traffic stop on the motorcycle after they observed the operator not wearing a helmet on Massachusetts Avenue at Inman Street.

    Police responded to a residence in the area of Elm Street for a report of a past larceny of a package. The package contained a blanket worth $90.

    Police conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Sidney Street and Massachusetts Ave on a motorcyclist without a helmet who went through a red light. The operator, a Roslindale resident, will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court on related charges.

    A Cambridge resident reported that their motor vehicle was broken into. The victim stated their doors failed to lock and a package worth $50 dollars was stolen.

    Police responded to a Mass Ave business for a robbery. Store staff reported several suspects made a verbal threat to harm them then took a number of liquor bottles from the store.

    A person called 911 stating a bus just hit his vehicle on Mt. Auburn Street and kept on going. There was significant damage to the right rear of the vehicle; however, no injuries were reported.

    Police responded to the 300 block of Massachusetts Avenue for a past assault. The driver stated a individual attempted to claim a delivery order that was not theirs. When the driver refused, the individual punched the window of the vehicle and fled.

    The police received a 911 call stating two people were fighting in an alley, with one suspect having a knife. Officers arrive on scene to find no disturbance. After further investigation one victim was located but did not want any police assistance.
