Red Hills Announces new Executive Director

Red Hills Small Farm Alliance (RHSFA), a farmer-led alliance nourishing the Red Hills region, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Dorminy as its new Executive Director, effective April 13, 2026.

Jenny Dorminy has over 20 years of experience in customer and stakeholder engagement. She has a proven track record of success in program and event management, and sponsorship development. Previously, Dorminy served as Executive Director at the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL), where she directed day-to-day operations to the statewide association of 1,000+ members.

"We are thrilled to welcome Jenny Dorminy to the Red Hills Small Farm Alliance," said Cari Roth, Chair of the RHSFA Board. " With her extensive background, vision for the future, and passion for our mission, we are confident she will lead RHSFA to new heights in our work to support our region's local farmers."

In her new role, Dorminy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and strategic direction, including enhancing the Fresh Food Fund program, expansion of the Red Hills Online Market (RHOM), and fund development.

Through the RHOM, educational programs, and community outreach, RHSFA helps create sustainability for small farms by connecting them with the wider community of people who are seeking the best food for their families, building a more resilient and connected community food system across the Red Hills region.
