Troy Community Land Bank celebrating a milestone

TROY (Jan 2) - Today, Troy's Mayor Carmella R. Mantello, City Council President Steele, and Deputy Fire Chief Barringer joined the Troy Community Land Bank celebrating a milestone. The Troy Community Land Bank has completed significant roofing projects at 17 Park Avenue, 32 Glen Avenue, and 785 River Street, a key step in revitalizing vacant properties in the city.

These upgrades are part of the Land Bank's broader initiative to transform vacant buildings into valuable community assets, with the removal of the red "X" from 17 Park Avenue symbolizing its path to restoration. The Troy Community Land Bank's new leadership and revitalized board are to be commended, and new partnerships with the Land Bank will continue to expand and grow to revitalize our neighborhoods.
