Turner is one of eight contractors selected for the $900 million restoration and modernization program.

Turner was selected by the U.S. Air Force as one of eight contractors for the Facilities Acquisitions for Restoration and Modernization (FARM) III program supporting military ground-testing facilities.

The multiple-award IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) contract has a combined ceiling of $900 million and includes mechanical and electrical work, instrumentation, data systems and controls, design-build services, and construction. Projects will be awarded through individual task orders during the contracting period, which extends through September 4, 2034.

Turner's selection builds on its longstanding relationship with the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) and successful delivery of projects through the FARM I and FARM II programs. Through these programs, Turner has supported the restoration, modernization, and reconfiguration of critical facilities and infrastructure at AEDC, providing the team with firsthand knowledge of the complex's specialized facilities, operational requirements, and mission.
