A Year of Golden Memories: Celebrating 50 Years of the NBSCRC
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ (January 22, 2025) - The year 2024 shimmered with a golden glow at the New Brunswick Senior Citizen Resource Center (NBSCRC). While the 50th anniversary undoubtedly added a touch of sparkle, it was the sheer joy, vibrant energy, and unwavering commitment to enhancing the lives of senior citizens that truly made this year unforgettable.
The Center kicked off the celebrations with a bang, ringing in the New Year with laughter and lively music. The spirit of festivity continued throughout the year, each month bringing a unique flavor. Valentine's Day saw hearts flutter at a romantic ball while the vibrant hues of Mardi Gras filled the center with music and merriment.
The 50th anniversary provided an opportunity for reflection and celebration. Staff and volunteers reminisced about past triumphs, honored dedicated volunteers, and expressed gratitude to steadfast supporters, especially the generous sponsor, Parker Health Group, Inc.
