EVA at ANEDA ExpoCongress 2025 in Toledo - Executive Committee Meeting and Future Protocol Presentation

The EVA participated in the ANEDA ExpoCongress 2025, held from 12 to 14 November at the Palacio de Congresos "El Greco" in Toledo, Spain.

ANEDA ExpoCongress brought together operators, manufacturers, solution providers, and sector stakeholders for three days of exhibitions, networking, and conference sessions focused on the latest market trends, digitalisation, cashless solutions, operational efficiency and future directions of the vending industry.

During the event, EVA hosted a meeting of its Executive Committee, gathering representatives from across Europe to discuss strategic priorities, industry challenges, and collaborative projects.

A highlight of EVA's participation was a presentation by Erwin Wetzel, Director General of EVA, on EVA SmartLink, the association's future industry protocol designed to support interoperability, secure data exchange, and digital transformation across vending and coffee service machines. The session underlined the need for a common European framework that fosters innovation, improves connectivity, and strengthens competitiveness for operators and suppliers alike.

EVA's presence at ANEDA ExpoCongress 2025 underscored its commitment to working closely with national associations and industry partners to drive technological progress and address shared challenges across the European vending and out-of-home coffee services sector.
