Consumer Health Customer Service Office moving to City Hall March 12

Beginning Thursday, March 12, Consumer Health's Customer Service Office will relocate to City Hall, 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fifth Floor. The office is open to the public 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
What is moving? These Consumer Health services will move from the current location to City Hall:
- Obtaining permits
- Paying permit fees, temporary event fees or reinspection fees
- General customer service assistance on Consumer Health services
- Classes and in-person training schedules may vary. Please contact the Customer Service Office for specific course information.

- Make payments online. Invoices can be paid online 24/7 through the Consumer Health Online Payment Portal.
