Signal Damage at Belt Highway and Karnes Road in St Joseph

St. Joseph, Mo. - The intersection of U.S. Route 169 (Belt Highway) and Karnes Road in St. Joseph is closed due to a vehicle crash that caused extensive damage to the traffic signal mast arm. Traffic on Karnes Road will not be able to access the Belt Highway. Traffic on the Belt Highway will not be able to access Karnes Road. Traffic will be able to use the Belt Highway in both directions.

There is no estimated timeframe for when repairs will be complete and when access to/from Karnes Road and the Belt Highway will be restored.
