Upcoming Partial Road Closure on Village Parkway for Dublin High Homecoming Parade

A temporary, partial road closure will be in place on a portion of Village Parkway in Dublin on Friday, October 18, for the annual Dublin High School Homecoming Parade. Northbound Village Parkway will be closed from Amador Valley Boulevard to Davona Drive beginning at 3:00 p.m. Drivers wishing to travel north will be re-routed until approximately 5:00 p.m., following completion of the parade. Dublin Police Services will provide traffic assistance during this time.

The parade will begin near Parkway Fellowship Church (7485 Village Parkway) and continue north on Village Parkway to Dublin High School. Parade attendees are advised to arrive early and access the Dublin High campus from Brighton Drive, off of Amador Valley Boulevard. Alternative options for accessing the parade are Tamarack Drive east of Village Parkway (near Frederiksen Elementary School) or west of Village Parkway on Brighton Drive (near Kolb Park).
