SCRANTON - Geisinger School of Medicine invites the public to participate in student recruitment by becoming an interviewer during the Multiple Mini Interview (MMI) process.
The MMI consists of a series of short, structured interviews that assess non-cognitive qualities, including cultural sensitivity, maturity, teamwork, empathy, reliability, resiliency and communication skills.
All interviews will be held virtually.
